Another baking class project: Dobos Torte! This is a traditional hungarian cake with many many layers of think dobos sponge pancaked with spread buttercream and a carmelized cake layer for the top. It was one of our most difficult projects yet, but it was another very successful one.Thursday, October 23, 2008
