Another baking class project: Dobos Torte! This is a traditional hungarian cake with many many layers of think dobos sponge pancaked with spread buttercream and a carmelized cake layer for the top. It was one of our most difficult projects yet, but it was another very successful one.

These are incredible. Edible works of art. Why don't you set up a table somewhere on campus and sell some of these chocolate orgasmic delights? Valentines Day is coming...........
