Not the best image in the world, but this was the chocolate souffle my baking class made today! I'm so proud of them, this is the highest I've seen a souffle rise! And the taste was just MAGNIFICENT! We served it with a frangelico sabayon sauce and it was perfectly moist!Blog Archive
